The Voice Collaborative

As you climb the ladder of success, reach down and pull others along with you.

The Voice Collaborative was born at The Voiceover Summit 2021. The closing panel featured VO pros Cissy Jones, Jennifer Hale, Erika Ishii, Noshir Dalal, and Julie Nathanson. Erika described a “ladder of success” and looked at Cissy, who had pulled her up on it. It was a moment - and yes, it made us cry. Dr. Gupta had a visual of Cissy reaching down that ladder and pulling Erika up and possibly pushing her higher on the ladder than Cissy herself was. On that day, The Voice Collaborative was born.

The Svara Project team wants to harness that wind. Join our new program by clicking the “Unite” button below. You will be put on a team - a small, intimate and connected team. Teammates will hold each other accountable, provide guidance, pull you out of the valleys and push you to the peaks.

What could you do if you had a tour guide to the steps ahead of you? Mentorship and collaboration are all about forging a path forward, clearing the ground for those behind you.

Find fulfillment.

Some of the biggest achievements in your life will come from helping others achieve. As proud as we may be of our own successes, playing a part in someone else’s growth is exponentially more joyful.

Change what can be.

When we reinvent the wheel, we make just that - another wheel. Let’s leverage what came before us and grow beyond it. Why start from step 1 when someone can bring you to step 5? Start at step 5

Do more together.

Art can be a lonely sport - a solo endeavor with occasional doses of community engagement. Group think and collaboration produces greater results, greater joy and more progress.
